Student athletes (12-18 years old): Follow steps One through Four. Complete the waiver, the WCS participation form (the athlete does not need to attend a WCS school to join or compete), join American Water Polo, and the registration form. Add your American Water Polo number to your registration form.
Master athletes (18+ years old) only need to complete Steps One and Four.

FAQs
TOURNAMENTS
Tournaments are scheduled as they are planned. Fees will be determined by the tournament organizers and paid on a participation basis. The High School Tournament Season is a series of tournaments and will have one fee for the “season”.
TOURNAMENT ATHLETE WITHDRAWALS
The tournament registration fee is non-refundable once the roster has been finalized. If an athlete withdraws or no-shows for two or more committed tournaments, they may be restricted from future participation. Withdrawal from a tournament due to medical reasons supported by a doctor's note, or an unforeseen circumstance, will be excused- notice needs to be sent to nashvillewaterpoloclub@gmail.com as soon as possible to give the team time to find a replacement player.
NEW MEMBERS/TRY OUTS
We encourage all interested players to “try out” water polo for 2-4 practices before joining as a member to give everyone the opportunity to explore the sport before committing to membership.
EXCEPTIONS AND EVENT CANCELLATIONS
In exceptional circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of the Board. In the event that a scheduled practice or event (e.g., tournament, clinic) is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, facility closure, acts of God), no refunds will be issued for that specific event.
Dues
Thank you for joining Nashville Water Polo Club. Club Dues are essential for covering equipment, pool rental, coaching fees, and other club expenses. Monthly dues are required to participate and are non-refundable once the session has commenced. A dropout notice must be emailed to nashvillewaterpolo@gmail.com by the 15th of the month.
Fees
Fees are paid in three-month increments. If you join mid-season, we will prorate your fees. The Aug. - Oct. 2025 fees are $675. Zelle Monthly Dues to: nashvillewaterpoloclub@gmail.com or submit a check to the coach. For those who don’t want to complete, we will offer you a monthly practice fee (ask Coach Bobby for details).
